Body:	Hi every body, I need a quite accurate model of : - BYW98 200 - BYW100 200 These are rectifiers I could find only one on the web but they seem to be very unaacurate because When I increase temperature the voltage increases as well. For information : .model BYW100-200 D( + IS=4.72847e-14 ISR=2.39741e-07 RS=0.0576031 TT=3.4133e-08 + CJO=1.964e-11 VJ=1.1 M=0.141125 BV=220 ) .model BYW98-200 D( + IS=8.52038e-14 ISR=2.47265e-07 RS=0.0180621 TT=2.50011e-08 + CJO=3.90063e-11 VJ=1.2 M=0.137475 BV=220 ) Does anybody has a better model for these rectifiers? Thank you for Help Stéphane
