Topic: Modeling Ib vs Vbe curve
Body: I have a experimental plot of Ib vs Vbe curve which I got using a curve tracer. I have to use Pspice BJT model parameters . I cannot get the knee voltage to match the experimental knee voltage. I changed Vje and Vjc to the experimental 2.7 V and then run the probe but it does not change the knee voltage. Can u help me please or refer to someone who knows more about it.
