pass transistor spice program reg. |

Respected sir,
i have one doubt in spice, i want one spice program for CMOS switch (pass transistor) using parallel connection of NMOS & PMOS, In this circuit, if selectline is HIGH, the output is equal to input, if selectline is LOW, the output is highimpedance state, i connot do that program in spice (i.e i cannot perform highimpedance state in output and how plot highimpedancestate in outputwave).
please give answer (program) for that problem,
