Body: Try removing the .ENDS statements. These statements are only to be used to terminate a subcircuit description (.SUBCKT).

Body: I am having a problem with a Spice simulation using TP2104 and TN2106 FETs, and using the spice models provided by Supertex. I ran the simulation with generic FETs as supplied by Multisim and it worked reasonably well (no error message).


The followinmg are the spice models for the FETs:
