models for simple, old, slow, power BJT |

Sirs;
I'm having problems finding Spice models for the millions of old, common, power BJTs: MJ4502 MJ802 TIP29x TIP30x etc.
any of the common bipolar types in use 20 years ago in servo and audio power amplifiers. Can you provide any help???
