Microtest's SPICE modeling services are ideally suited to either compliment in-house SPICE modeling capabilities when the time is critical, or to provide complete SPICE modeling services for a golden reference model generation and foundry model validation.
Microtest supports CMOS, Bipolar, Diode, JFET, GaAs, HBT, SOI and TFT technologies, as well as Macro Structures.
