Pittsburgh - August 23, 2002 - An automotive model library is now available for SIMPLORER, versions 5.0 and soon-to-be-released 6.0. The new library, an optional add-on, includes models of common components found in automotive electrical and electromechanical systems, such as fuses, wires, batteries, and fuel cells. It helps automotive engineers quickly develop a virtual prototype of a vehicle's electrical system and analyze its performance before the system is used in an actual vehicle.
